Application: Decide on eye design that will best fatter the color and shape of the eyes. Applyliberal amount of CCMI eye shadow base. Choose colors and apply with eye shadow brushes or sponge-tip applicators. Blend alone or with shimmer and frosted eye shadow shades. Follow with EYELINER and/or MASCARA.
